Handwoven Cotton Silk Mauve & Pink Dress

This design is made of handmade cotton silk fabric that was created in Murshidabad by our weavers. We used the Arashi Shibori dying method to provide our clothing textures for this collection. On a bed of cannon pink cotton silk, we have developed textures in mauve hues for this look. It is a three-tier dress with a round neck, elbow-puffed sleeves, a tie up at the throat, and two pockets. The bodice of the dress contains elaborate kantha, french knot, and free hand embroidery.
